Spa Coordinator – Health Club & Pool

About the role

The Spa Coordinator will ensure the Health Club and pool areas are clean, welcoming, and efficiently managed for both in‑house guests and external visitors. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding guests through facilities, handling appointments, and supporting the F&B outlets during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures for the health club/spa area.
• Control usage of sauna, solarium, fitness, and pool facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment in the health club, pool, and surrounding areas.
• Support F&B outlets during busy times, including bar and service area cleaning.
• Schedule massage and other treatment appointments.
• Report technical issues to the maintenance department.
• Manage inventory of towels, bathrobes, and kitchen towels; assist with ordering pool supplies.
• Clean fitness equipment and assist guests with workout tools.
• Welcome guests, provide tours of the Health Club, and explain equipment usage.
• Distribute towels and obtain guest signatures on the usage list.
• Coordinate with lifeguards to set up sun beds and related services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar spa or health‑club role.
• Preferably gained in an international, luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Fluent English – strong verbal and written communication.
