About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations of our luxury spa facility. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse team of spa professionals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage budgets, monitor profit and loss, and adjust operations to meet financial targets.
• Develop promotions, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Control inventory, track usage, and coordinate timely replenishment with vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and hospitality standards.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Marketing and customer relationship management expertise.
• Calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems, POS software, and inventory management tools.
