About the role
Join Marriott International as a Spa Receptionist in Cairo, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a memorable spa experience. You will support daily spa operations, promote services, and ensure smooth guest interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑desk environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb unaided (25 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and handle light loads throughout the shift.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation software for booking and verification.
