Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and members at our Health Club in Cairo. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage bookings, and support revenue generation through upselling and retail sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all visitors warmly, invite them to complete the consultation form, and provide lockers, towels, bathrobes, and service information.
• Promote membership options, give tours of the Wellness Centre, and assist new members with application paperwork.
• Handle all cash‑register transactions, including retail sales, daily spa revenue, and guest fees; balance the register at shift end.
• Answer incoming calls, process bookings or cancellations, and coordinate with therapists.
• Maintain hygiene standards, achieve quality audit scores of 85% or higher, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and handover notes for the next shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year reception experience in an international spa environment.
• Excellent oral and written English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong client‑facing skills, telephone etiquette, and public‑relations abilities.
• High level of customer service and flexibility to work a 7‑day operation.
