Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, managing therapists and reception staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at Kempinski in Cairo. This role combines operational oversight with guest satisfaction and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all areas of spa operation, including set‑ups, cleanliness, stock levels and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise spa therapists, handle queries, identify training needs and maintain the therapist roster.
• Work with reception to schedule staff, approve shift changes and ensure adequate manning during peak hours.
• Conduct random audits of checklists, guest profiles and spa standards to ensure compliance.
• Manage treatment bookings, resolve dead‑space and maintain high booking standards.
• Foster a supportive work environment through communication, coaching and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field; fitness‑related certifications preferred.
• Minimum two years of spa supervising experience in an international‑standard spa.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, self‑motivated and professional presentation.
