Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cairo who speaks Spanish. The role provides exceptional customer service and support to clients, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints by phone, email, chat and social media
• Provide timely, accurate information and resolve issues professionally and empathetically
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Share feedback on customer trends, pain points and improvement areas with management
• Take part in training to build product knowledge and service skills
• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards, and collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center
• B1/B2 English and B2/C1 Spanish are mandatory
• Strong communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
