Spanish‑English Advisor (Customer Support)

About the role

COB Solution is seeking a full‑time Spanish‑English Advisor to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. You will act as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate and culturally appropriate communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily inquiries from Spanish‑ and English‑speaking clients, providing precise information about services and processes.
• Translate and interpret written and verbal communications between Spanish and English.
• Document all interactions, update internal CRM or ticketing systems, and follow established workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Provide feedback to improve communication materials and customer‑support procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Proven experience in customer service, client support or advisory roles, preferably in a healthcare or service‑oriented environment.
• Strong attention to cultural nuances and ability to convey information clearly.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• High reliability, integrity and respect for confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive data.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant education in languages, communications or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
