Specialist Learning Management (Italian Speaker)

About the role

The Specialist Learning Management supports the Global Business Solutions team in Cairo by coordinating learning and leadership training programmes. The role focuses on end‑to‑end operational delivery, from booking sessions to analysing results, and serves as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Organise learning and leadership trainings for designated programmes, handling system bookings, financial processing and vendor coordination.
• Monitor training quality, collect feedback and analyse success metrics.
• Produce training statistics, identify trends and propose action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, business units and external providers, ensuring clear communication and service satisfaction.
• Escalate risks or issues promptly and support continuous improvement of the learning management process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• 0‑3 years of operational experience, preferably in HR operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in information technologies, automation and robotics.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to extract and interpret data from reports.
