Steward – Hotel Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage (F&B) team. As part of a global Accor hotel, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment that supports excellent service for our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect and keep all F&B areas orderly.
• Maintain, clean and distribute all materials used by the F&B department.
• Manage stock, supplies and transfers from the storage house.
• Coordinate duties with colleagues across all shifts.
• Support seamless operation of all F&B activities.
• Monitor buffet preparation equipment and ensure it is fully functional.
• Assist senior staff and assume full departmental responsibility in their absence.
• Control employee entry/exit times and break periods.
• Oversee dishwasher cycles, correcting settings when needed.
• Handle junior staff requests and report to seniors as required.
• Manage garbage collection and maintain waste areas.
• Participate in Emergency Response Teams.
• Execute quality management system duties.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least a primary school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or 1 year in a lower‑level position with demonstrated competence.
• No foreign language requirement.
• Previous training in related hospitality tasks.
• Basic computer literacy not required.

• Advanced knowledge of standard work routines and general kitchen rules.
• Ability to perform repetitive, specific, and standard tasks efficiently.
