Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Store Manager to lead daily operations of our fashion retail outlet. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, delivering excellent service, and upholding visual merchandising standards to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the store team to maintain high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock replenishment and loss‑prevention activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyse sales reports and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recruit, train and evaluate store employees.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and coordinate with head office on promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
