Store Surveillance Camera Monitor

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Camera Monitor to join our Al Mansurah store. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will continuously watch live surveillance feeds to help keep customers, team members and company assets safe.
Key responsibilities
- Observe live CCTV feeds throughout the store and adjacent facilities.
- Detect and promptly report any unusual or suspicious activity to security or management.
- Review recorded footage when incidents occur and organize video files for easy retrieval.
- Prepare clear, factual written summaries of incidents.
- Collaborate with store management and security personnel to support loss‑prevention and safety policies.
Required profile
- Ability to stay focused and attentive for extended periods.
- Strong observation and situational‑awareness skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability and professionalism.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in security or loss‑prevention is an advantage but not mandatory.
