Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations for a leading industrial manufacturing company in Obour City, Egypt. The role ensures smooth receipt, storage, and issue of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update all warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic and annual physical inventory counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of warehouse materials.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Storekeeper in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock control processes.
