Strategic Account Manager

About the role

TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, is looking for a Strategic Account Manager for Egypt. The role focuses on proactively building new client relationships and growing the assigned territory by collaborating with technical, channel partner and marketing teams to drive adoption of AI‑powered security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive adoption of TrendAI technologies and services.
• Increase market share in the defined territory and develop market strategies for each product and service.
• Engage with CIOs/CISOs to create and grow opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and sales leadership to deliver value propositions to channel CEOs and technical teams.
• Achieve quarterly revenue goals aligned with business unit targets.
• Develop relationships with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware and Google.
• Document and maintain account information in Salesforce for opportunity management and forecasting.
• Consult customers on cybersecurity initiatives from demos through post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven account management experience in the commercial sector.
• Certifications such as SPIN, TAS, or other sales‑based and security certifications are highly regarded.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
