Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end procurement and importation process for marine engines, spare parts and accessories. The role ensures accurate product pricing, optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries while supporting sales, finance and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product pricing based on costs, exchange rates and margin targets.
• Coordinate procurement and importation of marine engines, spare parts and accessories.
• Monitor purchase orders from placement through delivery.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure on‑time shipments.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise excess stock.
• Update price lists and guarantee pricing accuracy across all systems.
• Prepare supply chain and pricing reports for management.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Product Management to guarantee product availability and competitive pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics.
• Experience in the marine, automotive, industrial equipment or heavy machinery sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with importing engines, spare parts and accessories.
• Experience in product pricing, costing and margin analysis is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of marine engine and spare‑parts catalogues and warranty processes.
• Good understanding of foreign‑currency fluctuations and their impact on pricing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
