Supply Chain Manager - Textile & Garments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end processes in the textile and garments sector. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials and finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies that improve efficiency and support business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and on‑time delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, balancing stock levels with demand while minimising holding costs.
• Collaborate with production, sales and marketing to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and logistics requirements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager within the textile or garments industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building effective supplier and internal partnerships.
