Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will manage and coordinate daily supply chain activities, including order processing, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and timely product availability for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, monitor supplier confirmations and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate imports, customs clearance, and domestic deliveries, liaising with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and customs brokers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and manage slow‑moving or aging stock.
• Keep ERP data up‑to‑date (item master, lead times, MOQ) and generate operational reports, supporting KPI reporting and S&OP preparation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, QA, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and resolve logistics issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–6 years of supply chain experience, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Experience working with freight, customs, and warehousing partners and handling international shipping documentation.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (JDE preferred).
• Strong Excel and data‑handling abilities.
• Good understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms.
• Fluent English communication.
