About the role
PepsiCo Egypt is looking for a proactive Supply Network Planning Assistant Analyst to join its Supply Chain team. You will support the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) process, ensuring finished goods are deployed efficiently across the distribution network while maintaining high product availability.
Key responsibilities
- Execute DRP cycles, coordinating product deployment to warehouses and distribution centers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing shortages and excess stock.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Transportation to align distribution priorities.
- Monitor KPI performance such as order fulfillment rate, freshness and deployment accuracy, and recommend improvements.
- Review and update planning parameters (lead times, safety stocks, reorder points) in the planning system.
- Analyze replenishment trends to support capacity planning and network optimization.
- Assist with transformation projects, including process automation, warehouse integration and system enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in supply chain, planning or logistics, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and able to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP/APO or JDA planning systems.
