Supply Network Planning Associate Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Planner to join the Supply Chain team at PepsiCo Egypt. The role focuses on managing the deployment of finished goods across the distribution network to ensure product availability, cost‑efficient logistics and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of DRP cycles, ensuring timely and accurate product deployment to warehouses and distribution centres.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the network, avoiding shortages and excess stock.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Transportation teams to align distribution priorities and inventory strategies.
• Monitor KPI performance such as order fulfillment rate, freshness and deployment accuracy, and drive improvements.
• Review and update planning parameters (lead times, safety stocks, reorder points) in planning systems.
• Analyse replenishment trends and provide insights for capacity planning and network optimisation.
• Support new initiatives, process automation, warehouse integration and system enhancements.
• Promote operational discipline and best practices within the DRP process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning or logistics, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP/APO or JDA (or similar planning systems).
