About the role
Appficiency is seeking a Support Consultant I/II to join its Managed Services team. The role serves as the first line of support for client inquiries, requests, and tickets related to NetSuite, a leading cloud ERP system. You will work closely with senior consultants and project managers to ensure client issues are triaged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support tickets and inquiries.
- Triage, prioritize, and assign or escalate issues to appropriate technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal project management to keep engagements on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Provide clear communication to C‑suite stakeholders about issue status and resolutions.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior business leaders.

Required skills
- Experience or familiarity with NetSuite (cloud ERP) platform.
