Talent Acquisition Advisor – Egypt

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead recruitment activities for Mondelēz International in Egypt, partnering with People Managers to understand hiring needs and delivering an end‑to‑end recruitment process. The role works closely with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist expertise to drive proactive and reactive recruitment in line with company policies.
• Partner with People Managers to define business and applicant requirements, coach them through selection, and secure the best talent.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels to attract active and passive candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high‑touch experience for critical hiring moments.
• Collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Lead and TA Lead to implement processes, improve service quality, and meet SLAs.
• Monitor candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong desire to advance a career in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, matching, and closing.
• Deep knowledge of the local market, effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
