About the role

The Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Partner will lead the design and execution of innovative recruitment strategies while strengthening Abou Ghaly Motors’ employer brand. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures a seamless candidate experience and supports the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted sourcing plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all levels, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding.
• Build and promote a compelling employer brand through storytelling, social media, and community events.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social platforms, and industry networks—to attract high‑potential talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and continuously improve time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Proven track record of designing and executing effective recruitment and branding initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
