Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist will drive the full recruitment lifecycle while fostering employee engagement initiatives. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and a vibrant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes: approvals, intake meetings, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate external and internal advertising campaigns and career‑fair participation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Handle internal HR communications to ensure alignment across departments.
• Organise onboarding activities, delivering orientation and welcome materials on schedule.
• Implement an annual employee engagement calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate internship programmes, sponsorships, and collaborations with educational institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., HRMD, SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or employee engagement, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and implement engagement strategies.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Taleo and SuccessFactors.
• Excellent understanding of employee engagement best practices.
• High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
