Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Associate will partner closely with the TA team to source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles across Chalhoub Group. The role also supports the end‑to‑end recruitment journey for trainee hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TA team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Attend briefing meetings with recruiters and hiring managers as needed.
• Create compelling job adverts and distribute them across relevant job portals.
• Develop longlists of qualified candidates and present them to the TA team.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and recruiters.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure compliance with internal systems.
• Utilise selection tools such as competency‑based interviews, assessment centres, and psychometric tests.
• Build and nurture a proactive talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep candidates informed.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude toward talent sourcing and pipeline development.
