Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will join NCR Atleos' Talent Acquisition team in Cairo, supporting the hiring needs across the EMEA region. You will act as a matchmaker, connecting candidates with career opportunities while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle for assigned EMEA positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates through selection and hiring.
• Source active and passive candidates using internal RMS, external job boards, niche sites, networking platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
• Conduct pre‑screen assessments and provide detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations in line with company policies.
• Ensure a high‑standard candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in a corporate environment or a mix of corporate and agency settings.
• Proven ability to generate candidates from diverse sourcing channels.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
