Talent Acquisition Intern (ETIC)

About the role

Join PwC's Internal Firm Services team in Cairo as a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will support the recruitment function by helping to attract, assess and hire high‑potential talent that aligns with PwC’s values and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across the firm.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Support campus placement initiatives and faculty relations.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop recruitment strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the quality team on internal tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Interest in quality standards, process auditing and internal support functions.

Required skills

• Power BI (preferred).
