Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

MetLife is looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function for Fixed‑Term Contracts (FTC) and the Banca Sales team in Egypt. You will drive sourcing initiatives, manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reinforces MetLife’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across social media, agencies, referrals, and employment fairs to build a qualified talent pool.
• Set realistic hiring timelines with business units and coordinate onboarding until new hires are fully integrated.
• Own the candidate experience, turning applicants into brand advocates.
• Explore and implement digital recruiting solutions for high‑volume hiring needs.
• Participate in headcount budgeting with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Identify potential recruitment risks and create contingency plans.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, Banca Distribution leadership, and external agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of talent acquisition experience, including mass recruiting.
• At least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to work with multiple departments and external vendors.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
