Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Section Head

About the role

Mamiba Cosmetics is seeking an experienced HR leader to head Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development across its regional operations. You will drive recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and design development programs that support the company’s growth in the personal care and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, commercial and corporate roles across Egypt and international branches.
• Develop and execute employer branding and talent‑attraction strategies.
• Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Design and implement organizational development initiatives, including structure reviews, competency frameworks and succession planning.
• Assess training needs, create annual learning plans and coordinate internal/external training programs.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and HR transformation projects.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform talent‑management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (HR certifications a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, FMCG or cosmetics environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple locations and manage remote hiring across countries.
