Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical assessments, panel and executive interviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, handling communication, salary negotiations, offers, and pre‑employment documentation.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring progress reports to stakeholders.
• Publish job ads, maintain accurate candidate records, track KPIs (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, etc.), and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives, attend career fairs, and build relationships with universities and agencies.
• Identify process improvements and stay current on recruitment trends.
