Talent Acquisition Senior Associate

About the role

PwC ETIC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to drive its recruitment strategy. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a seamless experience for applicants while supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job requirements and team culture.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, networking events and direct outreach.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle for senior‑level and specialized positions, including pipeline management, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations.
• Provide a high‑touch, personalized candidate experience with timely communication and onboarding support.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, candidate quality) and deliver regular reports to HR leadership.
• Promote PwC ETIC’s employer brand at career fairs, networking events and online forums.
• Mentor junior talent acquisition team members and contribute to best‑practice development.
• Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform strategy.
