About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for Cilantro, ensuring timely, high‑quality hires while strengthening our employer brand. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights on workforce planning and talent market trends.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for key roles across business functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing plans, including passive candidate engagement.
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer‑branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs.
- Identify gaps in talent‑acquisition processes and propose improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 1‑2 years of full‑cycle talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced or multinational environments.
- Proven ability to source, interview, and hire mid‑to‑senior level candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
