About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for Cilantro, ensuring timely, high‑quality hires while strengthening our employer brand. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights on workforce planning and talent market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for key roles across business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing plans, including passive candidate engagement.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs.
• Identify gaps in talent‑acquisition processes and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 1‑2 years of full‑cycle talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced or multinational environments.
• Proven ability to source, interview, and hire mid‑to‑senior level candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
