About the role

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and delivering top talent to the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for white‑collar and blue‑collar roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments.
• Create and post job advertisements aligned with the employer brand.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database.
• Provide regular hiring reports and metrics to the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment experience handling both white‑ and blue‑collar positions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple vacancies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
