Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring independent linguist contractors worldwide, ensuring we meet diverse language requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on language needs.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified linguists.
• Conduct interviews, assess language skills and qualifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including mass hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time‑management and flexibility to work across different time zones.
• Experience recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus.
