Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a smooth candidate journey while delivering qualified talent to meet client needs. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through appropriate channels and talent pools.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Conduct HR interviews, assess candidates, and guide them through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, generate recruitment reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Understand client hiring criteria, deliver shortlists within agreed SLAs, and support hiring managers during recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience; fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered for junior‑level positions.

• Phone screening and interview coordination.
• Offer management and recruitment reporting.
• Job posting management.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Wuzzuf, Indeed, and social media recruiting.
• Internal database search and ATS usage.
