Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for COUP STORES in Cairo, supporting a variety of functions across the retail and fashion business. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective job postings.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions.
• Coordinate offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant tracking system data.
• Track key hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize multiple openings, and meet hiring timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
