Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for EYouth in Cairo. Working on‑site, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements and build talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers in selection decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate reports, and track key metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions.
• Experience in education technology or fast‑growing organizations in the Middle East/Africa is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR databases and online recruiting platforms.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• On‑site work in Maadi, Cairo with 4 remote days per month.
• Two days off per week (Friday and Saturday).
