Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing and hiring of independent linguist contractors worldwide. You will play a key part in building a pipeline of qualified language professionals to meet our diverse client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors from multiple regions based on language requirements.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews, assess language skills and qualifications, and manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle high‑volume hiring and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and track recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and adapt to different time zones.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
