Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified professionals, particularly within the healthcare sector. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement recruitment policies and processes that attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Utilize recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the hiring workflow.
• Post compelling job descriptions and collaborate with the OD manager to create new JDs as needed.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, reporting progress to the Talent Acquisition Manager weekly.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews for junior candidates and provide guidance to hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, delivering feedback and status updates.
• Manage offer letters in coordination with compensation, benefits, and HRBPs.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Participate in job fairs and employer‑branding initiatives to enhance visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare organizations.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
