Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Cilantro is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives across the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring timely, high‑quality hires while strengthening our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for key positions across business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide workforce planning insights.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs.
• Identify gaps in talent acquisition processes and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 1‑2 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced or multinational environments.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring mid‑to‑senior level roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
