Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our Construction & Real Estate Investment business. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Wuzzuf.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Strengthen the employer brand and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in the Construction & Real Estate Investment sector.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Wuzzuf.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
