Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Strategic Gears is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the end‑to‑end recruitment process in Egypt. You will be responsible for posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews while contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and the ATS.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting across multiple channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs and social media campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment or HR experience (internship acceptable).
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
