Talent Acquisition Specialist – Spanish/English

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, supporting large‑scale hiring campaigns, and ensuring a professional experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle hiring and recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews with candidates in both Spanish and English.
• Communicate with various stallholders and partners for recruitment purposes.
• Support mass‑hiring initiatives and manage high‑volume applicant flows.
• Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in a mass‑hiring environment.
• Ability to commute to the job location and start immediately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, multitasking, and task‑prioritisation abilities.

Required skills

• B2/C1 level proficiency in Spanish.
• B2 level proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
• Understanding of HR policies and regulations.
