Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & Non Tech)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will partner with hiring managers, conduct HR interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads and actively source candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial HR interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical interview rounds, including sharing assessments when required.
• Manage the offer stage, negotiate terms, and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to design and deliver onboarding programs.
• Close recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist hiring managers in drafting or refining job descriptions as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to assess candidate competencies and provide constructive feedback.
