Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech & Product

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of technology and product talent. You will partner with hiring managers across engineering, product, design, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure and IT to attract and hire top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Tech and Product positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, job boards and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep candidate data and pipeline updates accurate in the ATS.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Support job posting, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates.
• Assist with offer preparation and post‑offer candidate follow‑up.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or sourcing.
• Prior experience hiring for technology and product roles is preferred.
• Understanding of roles such as Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Product Manager, Product Designer, Data, Cybersecurity and IT.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing abilities.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment trackers.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced startup environment.
