Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads and develops the recruitment team to deliver high‑quality hires across the organization. This role combines strategic sourcing, data‑driven decision making, and hands‑on coaching to meet hiring targets for a variety of functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and evaluate the recruitment team, providing daily guidance on sourcing, candidate engagement and offer negotiations.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals for multiple departments.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑priority or leadership‑level requisitions from intake through onboarding.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Cost‑per‑Hire, Quality of Hire and source effectiveness.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Post vacancies on appropriate media, screen applicants, and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Negotiate offers, communicate employment terms and oversee new‑employee orientation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the OD team to update job descriptions and produce quarterly turnover reports.
• Follow up on new‑hire performance during probation and maintain regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior recruitment role.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for talent development.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning recruitment data into actionable insights.
