Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment efforts across multiple functions and seniority levels. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our growth objectives and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Lead employer branding initiatives, manage career site content, and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Provide data‑driven insights on hiring trends, time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and market competitiveness.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and leverage ATS and HR analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5‑6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record hiring for managerial‑level and senior positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and modern recruitment tools.
