Talent Management Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's ETIC Talent Management Senior Associate in Cairo supports the activation and sustainability of a strong organizational culture by driving employee engagement initiatives, delivering impactful people experiences and capturing employee insights through surveys and feedback. The role executes talent management strategies aligned with the firm's goals, covering goal setting, continuous feedback, annual performance reviews and talent reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance management activities (goal setting, year-end reviews, feedback cycles) so they complete on time
• Maintain and update talent management forms and templates, track progress and coordinate with internal and territorial teams
• Analyze performance management data to support continuous improvement and talent discussions
• Support talent assessment, identify talent needs and contribute to succession planning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of talent and development programs and recommend improvements
• Assist in designing and delivering employee development programs and use learning methods and tools
• Contribute insights from talent data to support talent decisions

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, focused on talent and/or performance management
• Strong understanding of talent and performance management frameworks and of L&D processes
• Excellent process management and organizational skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
