About the role
The Talent Partner acts as a strategic hiring advisor for business teams, overseeing recruitment delivery and delivering market insights that enable effective hiring decisions. This role is focused on building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and role specifications.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
- Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to guide decision‑making.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing and intelligence teams.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience hiring technical or niche roles, preferably leveraging AI tools.
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
