About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will identify, engage and attract talent across multiple functions, supporting recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, talent databases and networking channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates to assess baseline qualifications and role fit.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and talent availability.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor insights and sourcing challenges.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Initiate early‑stage conversations with candidates to gauge interest and suitability.
  • Engage passive candidates and represent the employer brand effectively.
  • Support hiring events, digital campaigns and sourcing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Exposure to international recruitment environments.
  • Experience sourcing for technical, digital, commercial or corporate functions.
  • Background in multinational or high‑volume hiring environments is valued.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify, engage and attract passive talent.
  • Good understanding of the talent market in Egypt and/or the Middle East.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience using Boolean search techniques.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social sourcing tools.
  • Competence in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms.
