Talent Sourcing Associate Manager – High‑Volume Retail Hiring

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate Manager to lead talent sourcing for high‑volume retail frontline positions across its extensive portfolio. You will manage a dedicated sourcing team, drive end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to meet ambitious hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Sourcing Associates and Specialists to achieve SLA targets.
• Design and execute bulk hiring campaigns, assessment events, and store‑opening recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government bodies, educational institutions, training providers and community organisations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Retail Operations to forecast demand and align sourcing capacity.
• Utilise market intelligence and analytics to monitor labour trends, sourcing effectiveness and diversity outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in SAP SuccessFactors and adhere to all employment regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment focused on mass or high‑volume hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Strong collaborative mindset and passion for knowledge sharing.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors for data management and reporting.
