Talent Sourcing Specialist – Frontline Hiring

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will drive high‑volume frontline hiring for Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s Carrefour and Supeco stores. You will source, screen, and engage large numbers of candidates to meet seasonal peaks, new store openings, and urgent operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract frontline candidates through QR codes, walk‑ins, job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach and local partnerships.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with store demand and attrition forecasts.
• Support mass‑hiring campaigns, new store launches and urgent staffing requirements.
• Screen applicants against operational, behavioural and cultural criteria.
• Participate in batch days, open days and assessment events to engage and evaluate candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout high‑volume hiring events.
• Utilise SAP SuccessFactors and Phenom to manage applicant data, track sourcing activity and maintain talent pools.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and the Frontline Sourcing team to align sourcing with workforce plans.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or HR operations within retail or other high‑volume hiring environments.
• Hands‑on experience screening and managing large volumes of frontline applicants.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or Phenom.
• Comfortable engaging candidates in‑person at stores, batch days and community events.
